Rockabye Rockers can be returned for exchanges only – no refunds.  You will have 30 days from the day the rocker is delivered to inform us of any damages.  After 30 days, you will be responsible to ship us back the rocker to be repaired and there will be no refunds or reimbursement of shipping costs.
